I would like to know why the National trade good shipment is 10 crowns more then the exact same shipment from my storehouse? VIP store 85 crowns my storehouse 75?
Oh also why can we no longer submit a picture in game to customer service?

You need to do the math before you commit to buy. Alot of players will just go ahead & buy from the Vip store thinking they are getting a deal.

With regards to sending CS a picture, if you write your message & send without a picture, you should then be able to send a picture in a follow up message.

I find about 2 purchases per day worthwhile. Swapping resource related, normally museum stuff.
