War rewards

The war rewards are too low. The cost to add generals along with the risk of retraining lost planes don't make it worth it to participate sometimes. You have to have a perfect battle not to lose more than what you'll get if your alliance wins. With the long retrain times added to all of this after a battle players are definitely playing less. Especially when everyone is just trying to grind enough wins out during this event or for the next oil purchase. It's taking the fun out of trying in wars. Alliance perks were a nice addition but it has to be more beneficial. People are definitely getting tired of the game.

Everyone agrees. First the terratorial loot (loot raided from base during war attack) is 1/10 of what it would be in MP. Second the war loot is what it would be in MP.

What it should be is full MP loot for terratorial loot then double it for war loot.

The loot was actually not too bad for Industrial age and generous for ages below. Problem is it doesn't scale. In Classical Age, 200k food is enough to upgrade a building or two, in Atomic it doesn't even retrain the lost army. If Nexon doubles the prices in each age, the war loot should double as well based on opponent's age.

I agree with these posts, I am losing interest as Atomic requires so much loot but you easily spend your battle loot refilling your army. And oil, just forget it, too hard to collect and save from raiders

Atomic rewards in war need to be double what they are now to even come close to breaking even.

Double will only barely allow you to break even, and only if you win. The current rewards don't make sense past IA, I'd double them for Global, and quadruple them for Atomic. Then I see an incentive to participating in wars and buying troop cards. Currently the only incentive is to not disappoint your clan mates.

War loot was reasonable when I was low level, but it's a joke for atomic players. Planes and generals alone cost me nearly 10K oil to train (worst case scenario where I lose all planes in both attacks), my tactics cost over 500K food to train for both attacks, etc. Attacking two high level atomics in war should yield several million food/gold and at least 20K oil. Not sure why they are so stingy with the loot...

Rewards are a joke at GA/AA level. double at GA, triple at AA....THAT would make sense....

5 Strike Fighter Mk6 / 3 general / 2 APC Mk2 / 1 Tactical Helicopter
At least 6K oil for a war.

If you use HT combo, it will be 15K oil

Really good point. They fixed the victory chest, so it's bonus fits the game really well now. Let's hope they boost war loot at the higher levels.

except they nerfed the victory chest by adding a bunch of useless things like recruits.

I concur. War loot should be enough that even if your alliance loses the war, you get enough loot to cover your war casualties, especially oil. If you win, the rewards should be better. it makes no sense to partcipate in a war if it is a lopsided matchup.

I too am losing a bit of interest as an AA player, but not because of loot requirements. Usually if I need a lot of loot I can get it, what's killing me is the upgrade times!
