What are the 1hour bans for?

You have lost definitely all credibility and have shown that you have no clue how the game works at all. You have written that you have personally looked in the banned account and proofed that it was cheating. Now you are saying you don’t know if it was cheating or not. Again: you should be fired immediately.

i ask know an honest question and would like to receive an honest answer as a large group of players (and leaders) asked me to address it

actually there was some chaos going on during the evt yesterday and today (I got also removed from the leaderboard). In total 6-7 of our alliance players had between 100-250k evt points yesterday and the gap to the top ten was sth like 20-50k points. Then you banned the players and caused a huge mess.
Now all the players are back and the gap to top ten is 300-400k evt points. Nobody of us is willing to compete anymore. You just didn’t break the team spirit you also made a lot of players (and long term customers) angry. You confidently said all the people are cheating, I saw minimum 20 Screenshots of players hanging around for 4 years in this game, paid thousands of usd and nicely talked to cs and even tell them that the mistake is on your side. Now your confidence from yesterday is gone and you say you can proof nothing.

Please now an honest answer do you really belief you cause such a mess and then get the players 200 crowns and everything is fine?

you should get all the players as a minimum the money for the evt pass back as nobody continues after this incident
if you reflect on what happened you should really overthink if you give all participants sth, stop the evt and try next time to be better prepared

Donating 8k troops to a war base may be possible but it's not as easy as you guys are making it seem. It takes a whole team of dedicated people constantly deleting troops for hours. Sorry if innocent people were banned, but try to understand that to most of us playing those numbers seem rediculous

Thank you for BHG_Muet taking action against cheaters. I suspected from the get go that folks were cheating as it seemed impossible to gain thousands of XP in a matter of minutes. I am beginning to wonder if some of the folks in this forum doing the most complaining are the ones who are doing the most cheating. I am a very active player and top donator in my alliance and I have only around 21,000 XP. I am still concerned by folks who seem to magically gain XP into the hundreds of thousands.

I don't agree with people asking for other people to be fired but I said legitimate ''complaints''. Anyone asking for the game to be fixed or changed is making a complaint. Anything else (like firing) is also stupid and not worth commenting on.
The bottom line: the complaint is still legitimate.
If you don't like their anger or the way they express it that's another conversation.

I've got an update on the bans.

We are taking cheating seriously with the new Event system and are aiming to provide a Leaderboard experience that upholds competitive integrity. In that spirit, we made a series of bans yesterday that were thought to be valid. After a discussion with the team and further investigating the bans, we can't have 100% confidence that the banned accounts were actually cheating. Therefore, we're lifting all bans from yesterday. The banned accounts should return to the Leaderboards soon (and those affected will receive an apology in the form of Crowns).

That said, we will continue to monitor activity on the Leaderboards for the remainder of this Event and for future Events. But, we will be modifying the review process to only apply sanctions in cases of absolute certainty.

these are in game mechanics, not modifications or hacks (not that they exist.....) which the top players would be able to advise you could have been manipulated in this way.
i agree, you need to innovate in the game to keep it fresh, however simple testing or sounding out of ideas would be a great start - great companies seek the input of key clients into product development. There are enough active people on this forum to assist.

the sad thing here is that this “apology” is too little too late.

Hi all,

I have already lost one very good player over this. Maybe he will return after nexon’s recent admission. My alliance is a good one and we work well together, so it has been easy for us to build the event xp through dumping and refilling war bases with single troops. But I have asked players to limit their event xp to 5k per day to avoid being flagged for suspicious behaviour. I have also been in touch with CS for guidance, but as ever they are useless.I note in dominations.pl we are now marked as a suspicious alliance, which is very frustrating as we have a zero tolerance attitude towards cheaters. There is a lot of bad feeling amongst my players over this and I may also leave the game. This latest event has turned into a combination of naked profiteering, incompetence and bad faith on the part of nexon and they should hang their heads in shame for the way they are treating their customers.

Well, I don’t expect anybody likes my way of complaining, That doesn’t matter for me, but everybody has read and heard the complain, and that was the only target by asking for firing.

Also that neither Muet nor Nexon reacted on my aggressive way of telling them they are ignoring their customers shoes me that they all, including TinSoldier, are giving any shit on us. They are just not interested. They are to stupid to ban players with 50 or 60 workers, but they are playing god and banning people just using legit in game mechanisms.

No one at Nexon is worth any respect as they are not showing any respect.

29 bases * 53 = 1537 troops and XPs 7.865 @domas
What kilgore_trout say is 8000 troops. 40.000 XPs. The equivalent to the total donations of 5 wars 30x30.

The number on the table is refering to troops not exp. @dumas. Assuming you have the whole team working together in a 30v30 war everyone would have to dump their troops 5 times, as xabar said, for just a single player to reach that number. If everyone in the team gets their share of the exp they will have to dump 150 times. Tell me again that that is an easy feat.

hmmm may I ask how many XP did you have and how many the top 3 players in your group? In my group there was a guy that disappeared, reappeared and disappeared again for the second time.
