What good is a community manager if he doesn't help the community?

Okay we still have people in our alliance that still can't play the game after the server maintenance on Wednesday. Some have sent pm messages to Nb4powerup asking for an update to when this might be corrected. But this absolutely useless Tool has not had the decency to respond, instead he just sits on discord and announces what the weekend discounts and nothing more. If Nb4powerup is not going to service the community as a liaison between the players and the developers he should be removed or have the guts to step down.

Nb4powerup Please get out of Discord and help the player community. This glitch is impacting too many players. Bases just simply collapse and the customers are unable to play the game. As mentioned above, this technical glitch was introduced right after the last maintenance. What are the developers doing to fix this issue?

Give him a break, he's not your personal helpdesk tech. Technical issues should be addressed by technical stuff, not by community managers. His job is to literally manage community, and since there is quite large community in Discord server, it's in Nexon's best interest to have a representation there. And that community is a lot more active than few here, there are over 800 players there representing close to 200 alliances.

He is a bridge between the community and the developers, he has access that we do not. And if he can't respond to the community many of which spend a fair amount of money to support this game then he should step down. The previous community manager was much more involved had always responded to the concerns of the community!

Isn't the issue the developers more than it is the community manager? The messenger can only say so much if he's not being given all the information.

Then he should publicly say that and respond to the people who have sent pm's to him.Also he should contact the developers and ask them what are they doing to fix the problem. And communicate there response to the community on what's being done to fix the problem, instead of not saying anything.

Thinking back to the reason that the Discord server began to see some use--his presence there doesn't represent the interest of Nexon, it represents the interest of an insular portion of the community who are opposed to one roster composition technique used by warring alliances.

Community-wide player interest and developer interests alike are represented by active participation in THIS forum.

Hi!

First, I do not sit in discord. It stays open in just one of my many tabs. But if you feel I should neglect that channel, then thanks for the feedback. Event news goes up on here and Facebook/Twitter before it goes in to discord.

I get a TON of forum private messages and while I try, I'm not always able to respond to each and every one of them quickly. Personnel attacks on staff, other players , or myself is a no go.
