Where is the support, moderation and website update?

Hello admins and developers.
You've managed to develop a great site for the Dominations community, but without updating, support, and moderation, it will go back to being just as bad and backwards as it was before this update.
It's been days since any moderator appears to answer questions from players. You update your social media with events, but nothing is updated on the forum. The current token exchange calendar banner is still the one from last month... These are just a few examples.
I understand that there is a lot of work being done on many different fronts, but that cannot be an excuse for everything.
Hire people to take care of specific areas of the game and mainly improve your support and customer service and users. Keep active communication with the community and the site always updated.

All these features are important to users. When a user is not responded to on a relevant request, I feel unattended too.

If you're looking for the July Token Calendar it's here, that did come in later than usual and we apologize for that.

While I personally may not be answering all of the questions here, I do take notes on what are regular questions, and overall feedback on DomiNations. Some questions can be tough to respond to because, like everyone here, we play the game and often have similar questions that the community asks. Be rest assured that even though we don't answer every question directly we do see them and bring them up for the betterment of everyone's experience in the game.

I do appreciate your feedback, and I look forward to how the community continues to react to our future updates. I'm genuinely excited about what's in store!

About the site update, I don't know if you are responsible. I've already seen the calendar, but the banner on the site's home screen is still mentioning the June calendar, making players even today ask for the July calendar.
A more effective update would also prevent this type of posting.

I think I know the post you're talking about. Without going into too much detail, that issue was wrapped up in direct messages. But even prior to that because the player had their ID set up on their account I was able to forward the info to our CS team. It is fair criticism though that it does give the negative perception that I was not immediately addressing the player involved when others see the thread. So I do apologize for that.

The banner among other things on the forum is still getting adjustments. Please pardon our dust, there are definitely updates we're working on for a better overall experience on the forums here.
