Why Am I Paying To Beta Test Your Game?

This update is a big step back. Read your own forums.

1) Video retrain bug especially on IOS.

2)Buggy graphics and slow downs when deploying cards.

3) War matches that pit CWA against DA in every war.

4) Hit and miss Alliance Donations.

5) Continued inability to attach photos when messaging Customer Service about bugs in the app.

You had a somewhat stable version of this game. There was no need to rush out an update that wasn’t ready. I refuse to continue to buy crowns and waste them retraining war armies.

PLEASE!

1)Respond to your users.
2)Acknowledge the issues and start rolling out fixes.
3) Stop rolling out updates that have not been properly tested and debugged.

The authorities BHG, use your head!! Fix bugs, banish cheaters and leave everything else for later.

It seems that Nexon is treating it's customers with disdain.
We're all definitely customers, because anyone that's been playing the game for some time has spent quite a sum of money on it.
Some a ridiculous amount.
If you bought a product at a department store that didn't work as it should, you'd demand a refund.
Why have Nexon failed to fix issues that have been faulty for a long time?
Is it because we keep pouring money in?
Or, if everyone decided enough is enough and walked away from the game, would Nexon not care?
Just develop another money spinner.

The small portion of people that pay is enough to keep the devs going. Making new content, not enough testing, breaking the game, these are all paid for by those idiots.
Maybe if Nexon had more money they might invest in more people or time to fix things but I wouldn't bet on it.Probably just be more profit for them with the same results for us.

I hope GM's see this posts and try to fix bugs but i know they would NOT. We all have same bugs. I can't retrain my troops or watch any video for rewards more than 3 days and this is end of my patience
