Wonder: The Eiffel Tower

Greetings! Today we will be talking more in-depth about the magnificent Eiffel Tower Wonder that is available in the Industrial Age.

Background
The Eiffel Tower is a cast-iron structure located on the Champ de Mars in Paris. Constructed in 1889 as the entrance to the World's Fair, the tower is over 1,000 feet tall. At the time, critics called it an abomination, but since then it has been recognized as one of the most beautiful structures in the world. When Paris was captured by the Germans in World War II, French resistance fighters cut the cables to the elevators so that the occupiers would have to climb to reach the top of the tower. When the Germans were driven out of the city, Hitler ordered that the tower be destroyed, but these orders were never carried out.

Powers

  • Provides a 12-hour peace treaty once a week
  • Increases Vault food and gold storage by 200,000
Tips
You get to choose when you start the Eiffel Tower’s peace treaty. This makes it perfect for protecting resources when you know you will be away from DomiNations, like while you’re sleeping!
If you’re having trouble saving resources for the more expensive upgrades, you may want to prioritize building this wonder early in Industrial. The bonus food and gold storage will make it easier to complete those tougher upgrades later on.

Pro-tip: when you switch it, peace treaty refreshes, so for 2x1200 crowns a day you may avoid being attacked at all, unless it's fixed already.

Otherwise, useless.
It needs to give 6 hrs PT once a day and double useless vault capacity to be interesting.

Does anyone know whether you can buy a 5-day peace treaty for 300 crowns and then use the Eiffel Tower's 12-hour peace treaty as soon as the other one ends? Or do the cool-down periods prevent you from using one as soon as the other one ends?

I didn't choose the Eiffel tower myself, but cooldowns are seperate for each item. You can even buy a 5-day peace treaty followed by a 3-day peace treaty.

Many thanks Molfas, was just planning on how to stack these peace treaties up - I didn't realise that each had its own cooldown period, even the ones bought for crowns where as you say the 5-day and 3-day are completely separate and can be used side-by-side. Thanks again. :)
