How can the TC be upgrading if that's the case?

Even though upgrades may have been completed, it won't be visually completed until this user logs into the game and his game device syncs with the servers. This is why you will occasionally see abandoned accounts associated with an alliance, but when you look up the alliance, his/her name isn't on that alliance roster. S/he was kicked when logged out and has never logged back in, to account for the changes.

I don't know why people always assume someone is cheating just because of high walls. My base which I just got to Industrial also had almost all max walls, same as these level 11. I play a lot and do training blessings multiple times a day. It's not that hard to max walls if you're good at farming loot. Only took me couple months to get from level 8 to level 11 walls. Just saying

I wasnt saying he was, I was asking. Also wait till you get to IA ot GBA.. IA is a crazy 3 million per section, its way over-priced.
