We all are still waiting for War Replay which is long overdue. One of additional features we also discussed before is War chat between Leaders and Co-leaders of both Alliances. With current Chat bug that too seems a dream. With War Terms feature we can decide during Planning Day itself whether or not both Alliances want to play War with Extra Troops,Coalition effects, Stronghold troops,Sale items defense building, etc... Long list of Nexon's pay to win Wars. I guess majority of players play this game as a free game. There is no problem if someone pays for the game. But since a Strategy game Wars should involve some brain and not money I feel letting players decide how they want to play World War would be better option. Clean and pure World War style of pre Global Age game update if available with War Terms then some kind of level playing field for majority of players who don't pay for this game will be Great in my opinion.

Let me know, how you guys like to play World War if you get the option with War Terms.

Id rather them just remove the p2w features from war and let them be for raiding only, but the option to war without them would also be nearly as good.

So if P2W was removed from war, precisely what incentive is there for people to buy these things which are presumably a needed revenue stream? For only using in MP, when you can just press next?

P2W is here to stay in WW - it's part of the cost model now. It's more a case of adapting to the model (which is either hoarding your event buildings and troops for those times you need it) or accepting that those who are choosing to regularly financially support the game will have the odds stacked in their favour as a result of doing that.

I hate what you are saying but it looks to be probably true. P2W kills games in the long term.

CoC a very similar game is #1 on Google Play Store's list of money earners and it doesnt have a p2w feature. Its pay to advance entirely. they dont need p2w to make money, they just need to price things more reasonably for faster advancement.

$35 for 3 chapters of Avation, no thanks.
$49.99 for 3 extra workers, no thanks.

I think i had an offer of $64.99 to build a bunker as well.

These prices only the whales can afford.

This is supposed to be a skill game, not who has the biggest wallet or who is willing to spend money they dont have by charging it to a credit card.

There is NOTHING wrong with P2W in mobile games, they're the only way for free games to generate revenue. What IS silly however is the lack of alternative methods of obtaining troop cards. "You can send 5 workers away for 6 days to get a French 2 tank army" is absolute madness, or having to wait a month for in game events that drop a total of 3 troop cards. If there was a non financial way of efficiently obtaining troop cards then this wouldn't be a problem, it's simply the fact that purchasing is only appealing to Whales.

Then tell me how is CoC #1 money earner and has been top 3 for several years now when it has ZERO pay 2 win options. It is only pay to advance. There is nothing in that game you can buy to help with clan wars.

For my view point I think the pay to win aspect of the game is not far off.

For example i have 21 troop cards ready an waiting in the stronghold and 5 buildings in my inventory, none of them paid for, all from events etc. I also have 30 protects from trading with Marco Polo.....

i am waiting for the right moment to use them ...

I have nearly maxed out my global base ....just towers and sniper towers left before I upgrade to AA, though I might do some more university work before hand..

so as far as I can see the balance is good .. in fact much better than some other games I have tried ...

21 troop cards will only last you a couple of wars(donating them and using them on offense.), while the guys buying them will always have them when you have used yours and ran out. Also some of the free ones we get are crap and wont help much compared to the ones the sell.
