It happened with me more than 2 weeks ago. I sent a lot of mails and requests to developers and did't get any response. There are a lot of people's who has the same problem. Nobody get his village back and developers cannot fix this problem. So don't hope that your problem will be resolved fast...
it means that developer didn't fix this problem... and every day number of affected players becomes bigger and bigger... sadly to hear it.. they are going to manually fix every affected account and I think it will take a lot of days.. may be weeks...
