Same.......I have even gotten a ticket that says your issue has been resolved. I have even gotten two emails that have asked me how satisfied I am with Nexon support. Yet I am still looking at the same city that is not mine. Odd.
This happened to me also on Sunday. I just hit the "are you there button" and it reloaded a different base. I have also emailed support and waiting..... I would even be interested in restarting considering I was not that far into the game. No point in putting time into this base since they...
