I understand, but I hate this approach of solving your problem on our expense. You are a victim here, you have a bigger problem, but it is still your problem, not ours. Taking hostages into your problem may bring attention, but sure it pissess off lots of people on the way.

Right now your ally is attacking my ally like nothing happens, knowing that they have 5 stars advantage. If we lose by smaller difference than 5 stars, your ally will be reported as cheating. I am quite surprised that you have not been reported yet.
