The issue for us is customer support isn't even listening to what is being stated. And with the response times being between 12-24 hours of course we will stay logged in until we get our troops so that way we can use them for wars.

Is there anyway you'd be able/willing to hear us out on this? I don't want to share all of the "data" I acquired over the weekend in here as I was trying to be as helpful as possible and got a lot.

My exact experience I had over this weekend into today and my exact thoughts right now. I was hoping to catch a moderator that will actually READ the data provided instead of just saying 3 separate times "you have your troops in your town center. Regards"

I searched this and found there are quite a few threads on this already. However, seeing that the issue has only continued for at least the past year and a half, I think it's worth bringing up again. I have yet to watch one single replay that is at all accurate as to what actually transpired...
