I think Andy is referring for the starter pack in store.. with 1.2K crowns and 1 extra house.. just a wild guess... =)

and with 5 barracks... 2 temple, 7 houses = 14 worker, 9 farm, 2 storehouse etc... i think it doubled the required building in a single account... its better to investigate first before we judge the player... cheat or bug?..

I have same issue yesterday... i got the resources i loot but not the medal... same with my unsuccessful attack... same medal after the attacks win or loss... =)
