Having the same issue, and sent a complaint to cs. Hope they open a ticket, and fix this. Right now game is not playable for me..

I think the best rewards are legendary tokens, speedups, crowns and then TTs. Should be worth it since you sneak in 2 videos in one reward, and sometimes you have to watch it again because it doesn't take the first time.
