I was researching sabotage duration. This took 3 men before the update. I know this as I had 1 man reserved for wall building. After the update I now have 4 men researching sabotage duration, my spare builder has been recruited into the university. I have the Hall of Worthies; 1 less citizen...
no mention of it in the update but since the update my uni research costs have increased by 1 citizen. It is as if my Hall of Worthies has stopped working.
is this a bug or deliberate action?
