i keeo get from support "problem was solved" and nothing is fix. i stell stack at the same point over and over

how to RESET THE GAME. what files to delete? how to refresh the account so we can start the game from fresh. and not to install and get to the same stack point agin and agin. tnks

Community Manager let us explain. we cant go to setting Because we cant push any button. to me the yellow Arrow ask me to build house, but i alredy bild it. so i cant click nothing what we ask is how to RESET THE GAME. what files to delete? how to refresh the account so we cann start the game...

how do u switch account ? i stack at tatorial and switcj my google play account and it stil at the same point that i cant do nathing.

i am also android, i crate new google play account. and then install from new..... and agin the game start from the point that i stack ( 3 houses and cant build one mor becose i heve 3\3) so its not the google play account. so how we reset the game??!

They must fix it. I can't play. I won't to unistall and then install from fresh. The problem it's all the time install to the same stack point

Me too!!! I build 3 houses and now he ask me to build house but I can't, and I stack!! Can't do nothing. We mast to restart the game, I try everything install and unis tall again and again and very time it's came back to the same screen.
