Dears support, we open a ticket less time ago about the strange attack of Ferhat during the last war with my alleance. (in the tickets we attach the full replay). I am 264 cold war and my base is strong and with full defence level 7 Coalitions is very difficult to destroy, in the last 30 wars...

I solved yesterday : left form alleance create a new allenace (i see the old alleace chat in my new alleance) lef and come back (donations and chat now work) other member have problem with the previuos method and need: left from the alleance create a new allence (an not see the old chat)...

Dears the problem persist and no update ...... our member tried extit, create a lot of new alleance, unistall game and reinstalll... some of our member unistall the game and not install anymore... Please solve this problem and update us about the resolution status.

If the fix is left from alleance and unistalled game and reinstalled game i think the problem is related to the "memory" of your account about the alleance... Nexon can you delete temporary all the chat memory from all the player and all should be normal (until a player exit and move to other...

Please can you update us about the problem resolution ?? Thanks

We have some player that stop play the game for this problem .... i hope the solution will be very fast to not lose other player... every day that the problem persist nexon lose more business.

Chat problem (see old alleance chat) Dears, form 3 days we cannot play becouse we move form other alleance and we contine to see the chat of the old alleance. I opened 12 tickets, my guildmate opened a lot of ticket but at the beginning for the technical support the problem not exist... now...
