Yup! 4 cards just to get 1 card of the same. Once in a blue moon you get an upgraded card. If I give 4 cards, I should get 1 card back that's a higher level.

When I fuse 4 common Council Cards, it should give me an uncommon card. Same with any 4 cards of the same type, should give 1 card of the next level up. All this fusion of 4 cards and getting 1 of the same type is worthless. It's just an unfair process. Even using my suggestion collecting 4 blue...
