By the way, the workaround of using the web-app does not work for me, unfortunately. After loading the resources the game does not start

True, very disappointing. I unverstanden dependency on another software provider, but what counts for users is a solution only. And a solution is still not in place...

When opening the World war screen, I have several UI glitches. Seems like the graphics are not properly displayed. Other alliance members sah it looks different for them. Screenshot attached

Understood and thx for the update. However, is there anything that we can try to get this solved? For example, to consent once again to ads/commercials, to change Sole settings in our Google / Apple Account etc.? Would it be an option that your support resets our consent status and we consent...

@TheWise Do you know if this issue is related to the fact if we agreed to "ads consent status" or not? I cannot remember if I agreed, but I could imagine that I did not. Maybe that's something the dev-team could check ;)

Thx for the feedback. Good to know the Team is on it. Regarding the button, I am located in the EU / Germany, but can still not access the ad settings.

I've got the same issue as well with my Samsung Galaxy A52s 5G. No videos for daily chests, Marco, retrain, museum. At least I know I'm not the only one
