Still not working, I came to the loading screen and it was automatically quit to the home screen on my ipad, reinstalled the game and restarted the device many times, still the same
I did contact them via contact us but there is also no help, they replied those first 3-4 emails and then they provided the link from the helping screen, and nothing fix, I tried all of the solutions before asking them.
I did email to the customer service of the Nexon but that is really not help and my problem is still there.
And when I load game from 2 devices at the same time (my iPad and my iPhone), the second device can load in to my town but it said too many devices and I could see my town through the dim...
After the lastest update (which is related to new nation Korea), I cannot play game. Everytime I open the game on my iPad, it stucks at the loading screen and then automatically turn off the game to the home screen. I did delete the game and reinstall it many times but nothing happen, it still...
