I thought it would be the vault as well. Kept back some extra citizens for the upgrade as well. Difficult to plan if the suddenly add something new. I don't think the mill was ever mentioned as a possible instant upgrade
I very rarely use the dock as the rewards are simply not worth it. The settlors are constantly needed elsewhere. If there was an option to just send Generals or create a new emissary unit hen the dock might get much greater use and justify its existence.
Find it time consuming and frustrating to craft & sell artefacts especially if only interested in blueprints. Can take ages - a simple exchange to blueprints option would be a useful addition.
Our alliance has recently been involved in a very long run of one sided wars where we have no chance of winning. If you can't win then there is little incentive to take part. Our opponents are regularly picking up 100% of stars and we are struggling to get 50%.
Are others facing similar issues?
The idea is good but flawed as the rewards are insufficient. Not worth taking workers out of the game to obtain a small one time use benefit. Rewards need to be permanent benefits - perhaps improving workers skills so that perhaps they can work a little bit faster on other projects.
Rewards dont justify the workers needed or time required. Reduce to one or two workers and a max of one day. 5 workers for 4 days to get a single use army and 3 trade good shipments is ridiculous!
I was in contact with customer support and after sending over lots of information and confirming that I was not running any unacceptable apps (cheats) they acknowledged that there was a problem
