we won the war because of coordination and meticulous attack on selection .. Take into account sin city factor you have got 4 stars from attacking him .. He gained 10 stars for us even if u had taken tat we won by nearly 20 stars ... Retrospect yourself...
Sorry but we trust in persons and consider all are genuine unless proved other .. Just because a person has some suspicion he can't be labelled as a cheat .. It has to be proven beyond reasonable doubt .. Even while reporting to customer care substantial evidence needs to be attached .
@ cleimers take myself as an example my first attack lasted for 58 sec which I managed to 1 star due to difficulty in troop deployment.... Tat explains the shortened time duration as a whole .. Account has to be taken into two underplayed attacks too
