Actually, your should rank the nations whether you prefer war or loot. In war, I think the Koreans are the best. They have a nice unique unit and +1 tactic. For big loots, the British are the best. French, Romans and Germans are war / loot balanced nations. Japanese, Chinese and Greece are...

Yes they are all-in and quite random. Personally I have learned how to carefully use them. Now I just love them.

Maybe a new age + alliance wars + nations rebalance. That's why it takes so long to implement.

No Title Yes you are being robbed. Check my current Praetorian Fusilier : 697 Hp According to Blacksmith :my Alpini will have 745 Hp (698+47) I guess it includes Versailles. Clearly, there is a bug somewhere.
