We were able to start a new war, so they fixed it for my alliance...

Got the same problem in my alliance: we cannot start a new war, and war hall is locked. Everything as described... CS isn't very helpfull, told us that the team is investigating, but didnt give any timeline for a fix! Our last war ended during the last "login-issues", we have never seen any...

Since the last "login-issues", my alliance is unable to start a new war! World war hall is looked, artefakts on display cannot be upgraded. CS is not very helpful :( Anyone else having these issues??
