We were less than 100 from leveling also, so I understand the frustration as our war exp did not apply. For those of you who have not been restored, did you happen to have screenshots of your level / exp beforehand, or have your alliance leader lodge a customer support ticket?

Our alliance appears to be fixed, with exp retroactive to what it was when the issue arose. We lost the exp gained in the current war but this works. Thanks Nexon team.

Our alliance also had it. Unfortunately for us, we finished a war and the alliance exp was attached while we were level 1. Our leader will lodge a customer support ticket.
