This will only help attacker. OP uses the example of -200% Invading Infantry Health, but who has -200% debuff to any invading troop? Nobody. You just can't get that high or even close to it. You might get -60% from two weapon artifacts and then maybe another 30-40% from some legendaries...

I think some of the rewards are great. At highest level you can get 5 hours of speedups per day (which is a > 20% increase in speed), you can get an extra 10 troops in your alliance army... I think these are very valuable boosts and I'm happy to pump in resources that I wasn't using anyway to...

The Parliament is incorrectly seen as a defensive building. Troops that prioritise defensive buildings, e.g. attack helicopter, go after it like it does other defensive buildings, prioritising it over non-defensive stuff.

Well you did ask "Why 100 levels higher is allowed to attack me". I don't understand why people want to attack back the same person who attacked them to try and get resources back. Just go and raid someone 50 levels lower than you and get your oil back that way.

If you only have an hour a day to play the game then you should expect not to be able to complete the events. Sheesh... you want to barely play the game, not plan ahead and get all the rewards?

An absolutely ridiculous event that shows how out of touch BHG is with their own game. If any of them actually played the game they'd have been able to speak up and say what a stupid event this was whenever it was first proposed.
