Please elaborate on the upcoming changes regarding Oil Economy. It'd seem that EITHER Oil will be more scarce (ie. less won in MP battles, or prices that require Oil will rise), OR will become more abundant (ie. more will be available to be won through MP, or prices that require Oil will fall)...
