I am talking about the barracks unit mortar rather than the building mortar. The building mortar is fine as it is whereas the barracks mortar is expensive, takes ages to train and isn't as good as either artillery or standard archers.
In my opinion the unit mortar has some serious weaknesses and could be improved with some new advantages. That is why I suggest that mortars gain a suppression ability like the one biplanes have in order to encourage us to use them more. Thoughts?
Just a thought, but in my opinion missile silos should have some sort of retrain costs given how dangerous they are. Maybe 20 shots at 50 oil each? Thoughts?

Alongside the standing matchmaking system, I suggest adding an inequality measure tor educe/stop sandbagging. What it does is works alongside the current system, but also wars have to be with alliances that have similar inequality measures. Inequality measure could be done in three ways either...
