You are right, I remember now. It was like $99 and all 5 levels were activated to benefit generals. Each was +11%. Hope there are others that can be earned and not for sale.

Yes, saw the event briefly but it has disappeared. Due to the unforeseen error, maybe you could boost resource collectors by 50% for 7 day’s to offset the inconvenience? Just a thought...
