The warlord would keep his current privileges, but also be able to start wars and send messages outside of chat. Allow the leader or any co-leader to transfer the title before each war and assign a maximum of 3 warlords.

After sending citizens on an expedition, when viewing the expedition there is no longer the number of citizens listed on each expedition.

Is there also a check in place so that people that run multiple alliances don't have people skipping between alliances and can re-donate to parliament at lower cost? Please tell me that you thought of this.
