Thank you for clarifying, but you might want to also update the anniversary post then because it never mentioned Mills, and according to that BHG official post the next upgrade is the Vault. It's BHG contradicting posts that caused confusion, not the community.

@Harlems369th Can we get a confirmation on the instant Mill's upgrades? I'm currently upgrading them all right now and I need to know if it's them or the Vaults before I waste DAYS of my workers being busy for nothing. Thank you
They are giving 3-4 days per upgrade. With 9 buildings on the list that doesn't add to 2 months (to duration of the event), hence OPs question. I also want to know this.

Any word on this? It RUINS my attacks because I do VERY DIFFERENT attacks when the retrain video is available (deploy all 3 generals, mercenaries, all planes, etc)
When I deploy all that, the minimum rss per attack go WAY UP if I have to retrain troops ( to account for training costs).

And worse, when you watch promotional videos and then attack with the free retrain up, you will get the same video error message and the free train will start it's cooldown without training your troops.
