I just noticed it today. Does the APC heavy infantry have less damage than the Normally trained heavy infantry? I saw that my normal heavy infantry which is 1 level less than the APC spawned heavy infantry has 615 base damage and my APC spawned heavy infantry has 570 base damage. Is this normal...
