Haha, I guess it means you can rearm the Bunker more easily. The same kind of 'guitar pick' that appears for example on Farms and Caravans when they have resources to collect, but for rearming in this case.

Scandinavians has the same problem. That is mainly the reason I started recruiting. Normally we'd be 44-47 members strong, but now we are down to 32 members. No new joiners ever since the update. We are withering. Please change things back (or closer) to the way they were.
