Clean up council card cashing and museum crafting, and get rid of buying peace treaties.

First off, the ability to buy peace treaties are for cowards, what’s the use for having a revenge tab if the cowards who attack then hide behind peace treaties for the next two weeks?
Secondly, just make it a one touch option when cashing council cards or crafting museum artifacts. The “ slot machine” spinning and superfloruos theatrics makes for even more monotony.

Control yourself cause peace treaty nobody buys they stay under attack is why they are in treaty it’s part of the season everybody is on treaty when they get on or log off lol

The open all has been requested repeatedly.
