Yes, I have a level 3 command post, but I think I build it before I received the Tactic blessing. Ravenlord, I think that even if we research library (Zeal) for the Tactic blessing, I think it will not change the problem, as the Tactic blessing is permanently on our land.

I am having the same problem ItsGumbyGuys, but on top of not being able to edit my layout. The tactic blessing has now stopped (today) working even though it is still on my land.
