This guy had 240 army space and 5 planes. Nexon, it's easy to stop. You get the players account and you delete it

Why don't they ban cheaters for? How can I progress when I lose my resources? What is Nexon doing about this because it's not just me it's happening to? I reported this and you get a standard generic reply, what's the point of customer services?
