Not maxed and not necessarily cheating. I couldn't see the refinery, that would be a give-away for cheats, if they couldn't store enough oil for aircraft upgrades.

We do this - its not cheating, simply using the rules to our advantage. Our lowest ranked players are active but rarely take part in war. Just use them to make matchmaking a bit easier.

I has this issue but now have anti air arranged so all approaches are covered. Not been attacked since. I fluctuate medals from 600 to 1600 and not been attacked yet. That said, I now have 4 maxed out ant air in global age, so it's a big benefit.

Over 18000 war medals now. Perk lvl 5. Places available.

Useful feature for all members. As leader I can see everyone's attacks and the clan get to learn from the best attacks.

Level is misleading, I'm always ranked higher in war than my colleagues with higher level and better defence upgrades (we all have maxed troops) I think university research is having an effect, can't explain it any other way.
