Oh I doubt we will get new wonders and barracks for cold war. Or even all the way to the space age.

I like navies. We can have unique naval units too to balance the nations.

Library? Ok University? Then it must be two different leaders. If I'm not wrong the University was supposed to be where your people learn from the leaders. I do not know any teacher, professor or lecturer who teaches two different groups of people two different subject at the same time.
