I’m having the same issues. CS is now ignoring me after 5 requests for help and doing everything they suggested. Their canned response can be frustrating especially when they always want to blame your device or your WiFi.

I had the same problem. This happens on your active base. A work around is to copy your base to another space, don't activate it and you can make changes, if you run into problems save to finish later go back and it will work. Happy Hunting!
