THs are also much more difficult to obtain than supply carts. Getting a factory to level 7 requires a lot of oil. I don't see why they shouldn't have an added benefit of slightly shorter training times than supply carts.

I asked CS and their response was that IT DOES NOT STACK, even for barbed wire within the radius of Versailles. The last part seemed a bit redundant but it clarified the matter quite nicely for me. I hope this helps!
