I think the real translation is the advertisers said "we will only pay you x amount of times per day for each person watching ads" and the free retrains were over that amount of times.

Avoid them and kill the rest of the base...gats, planes and shooters otherwise with a decoy.

Maybe I don't get it...I make 1 war attack, free retrain, make the second attack and train normally. At worst, that affects your ability to donate troops for an hour or so. I just logout and come back later. But I would be in favor of this as faster is faster.

Don't French tanks still take 5 mins to train? Seems like wall miners and raiders are still better. You can get to pretty much any oil with them. It's just willing to wait for retrain, which this troop comp has the same problem. Training time. And it's only useful if you are French apparently.

I've done all asked, my alliance is still stuck at level 1. We can't join wars like this. I'm being attacked and losing resources that I normally wouldn't even be holding because I would have had what I'm saving towards from war loot. Now it is a slower grind through no fault of my own.
