    Cheating Alliance ?

    We are up against 'Russia Today' alliance who are #38 on the leaderboard. Most of those bases have lvl 7 coalitions. Even their #20 who is in Industrial Age has lvl 7 coalitions. Is this even possible ? In IA isn't the max coalitions level 5 ? Also I'm only at lvl 4 coalitions but the lvl 7...
