Not sure if this is really a bug or simply how it is designed but I had 2 oil wells finish upgrading overnight. When I logged in this morning those 2 only had 1 oil each.

7 months later and still happens. Looks like they've tried at least once because all the sudden unfilled requests stayed visible after you request again and any troops donated to the first would simply disappear. Haven't seen that in a little while now but still getting a lot of notifications...
