Well with me it's almost the opposite, cause I only entered the enlightenment age a few days ago and I'll get offered something like 6 industrial age opponents, then maybe 2 enlightenment ones and then back to the industrial age. I've only seen I think 2 gunpowder age opponents as well anyway...
