Before I completed the research "Reduces Victory Chest star requirement by 3" in Library,
I had Stars in the Victory Chest for 12 from 15.
When I completed the research, then my Victory Chest requirement had reduced to 15-3=12.
But the problem is that I cannot claim the reward in my Victory...
