Roads seem to be pretty much useless except for radar bonus in my opinion. What if things were changed so radar bonus was dependent upon the lvl of roads. The higher the road, the bigger bonus you get. Would give incentive to upgrade roads. Right now, I could care less what lvl my roads are...
