Have events that alliance have to reach certain tiers of medal counts to win rewards. I.e. Gold, food, bonus troops, special buildings for bases, and even rare troops. This isn't something that CoC does...but is in a CoC clone called Samurai Siege. The events are a lot of fun for all.
