Yes they are all-in and quite random. Personally I have learned how to carefully use them. Now I just love them.

Hello guys, How many HP have the Alpini (the Romans unique troop at IA) with and without Versailles? According to my calculations, it should be 630 HP with Versailles. Is that correct? Thanks!
