You only dump what you want to get rid of and then leave straight away. Any troops not deployed during a fight has no risk of being lost, regardless of the outcome.

Being Chinese and having built the Forbidden City, can you confirm if you Town Center defenders also spawn from the Forbidden City when attacked? Someone told me they did but they asked me the same question the next day. If that's true, then FC becomes much more valuable to Chinese players.

I noticed that too, or even players that only protect one side of their base (a la Boom Beach) without realizing you can be attacked from any/all sides (a la Clash of Clans). Guess it's not made that clear. Nice haul/troop ratio, btw.

That's my screenshot you have there. The Colosseum troop type takes after your highest level garrison, mine are level 4 and have Phalanxes. Level 3 are Hoplites. The reason mine has more HP is because I have a Fortification Blessing active (+20% to building HP).
